8/15/2017 Bankgiro's Board of Directors has appointed Jeanette Jäger as CEO of the company after four months as acting on the post.

Jäger joined Bankgirot in 2016 as head of the Digital Services business area, which includes development of e-invoice solutions and Swish. She has been working on digitalization in the banking and finance field for over 20 years. Her experience includes the launch of SEB's first internet bank and she has had global leadership roles in Financial Services at Tieto.
"Jeanette Jäger has quickly shown a competent leadership with a very strong drive and ability to utilize her skills from both the financial and IT industry - competencies that are central to Bankgirot today," says Mikael Björknert, Chairman of Bankgirot.
